EMAIL GROUP
The Collage Museum has the
yahoo
email group called COLLAGE (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/collage/) .
This group is currently comprised of well over 1,150 collage artists
from
around the world who converse with each other daily on a variety of
subjects of interest to the collage artist. There are also many
announcements of web sites, projects and opportunities for collage
artists that you may wish to be aware of.

We have also recently started
a new collage group for young people
called COLLAGEJR (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/collagejr/) So if you
have children or are a teacher of children you may wish to join that
group too and get your younger artists involved.

The International Museum
of Collage, Assemblage and Construction is located in
Fort Worth, Texas and Cuernavacva,
Mexico. The admission cost is 150.00
pesos (15.00USD) and open by appointment. Free to museum members, ISACA
members, workshop participants
etc.

This is the mailing address
as well as a fedex/UPS address but please make previous
arrangements so that we can watch for your package. Feel free to send
unsolicited materials that may fit the collection's direction. We'll do
our best to include it and find a place for it.
In Cuernavaca, Mexico we have our exhibition space as
part of Casa del Artista which is also a bed and breakfast that helps
to support the museum. We have yearly collage workshops in Cuernavaca.
The Museum is
currently housed in a 5,000 square foot space with a
bed and breakfast called Casa del Artista attached to the museum that provides what is regarded as the #1
accomodations in the city by tripadvisor.com.
Casa del Artista helps to subsidize the expenses
of housing the Museum's collection. Otherwise, the museum relies

The Museum's central venue
has been the internet websites which we have and will continue to
develop
and we expect to maintain this focus because the internet provides an
excellent
and low cost platform to presenting the museum's collection and advance
its
programs which are oriented toward the specific arts community it is
intended
to serve namely the community of collage and assemblage artists which
the
museum maintains contact with. While it is impossible to be
completely
inclusive, the Museum staff strives to avoid any attitudes of
exclusivity
and maintains an open door, open arms and open mind policy.
We will continue to grow and expand and plan for the
future
to create a special and exciting collection of contemporary collage,
assemblage and constructive art and to document as much as we are able
with the help of
the community we aim to serve.
We invite you to join in and contribute
to the museum through initiating projects which can be archived
on the museum's website. Documentory projects especially are welcome.
